In fact, many of our clients share that they would need to spend at least 1-2 hours in a traditional gym to achieve the same intensity and feeling, while others believe they could never replicate the sensation, regardless of how long they trained.

It’s vital to understand that muscles don’t count reps and sets; they respond to the quality and specific stimulus provided during a session.

Absolutely, we recommend training no more than 2-3 times per week. Given the intensity of our workouts, they exert a more profound impact on muscles compared to traditional training methods. This deeper engagement means that muscles require a longer recovery period to heal and grow stronger.

In high-intensity training, recovery isn’t just important, it’s essential. The old adage “less is more” truly comes to life here. By focusing on smarter, more concentrated sessions, you achieve superior results, and you allow your body the necessary time to recover.

If you haven’t seen improvements in either strength, fitness, muscle gain, or fat loss, after training with us for 12 weeks, we’ll refund your entire payment. That’s how confident we are in our training methods.

Our memberships start at $90 per week. This includes sessions with a personal trainer, monthly body scans, a complimentary nutrition package & unlimited access to our wellness equipment at our Sydney CBD location.

No, you don’t need any prior experience to join us. We welcome clients of all abilities, whether your experienced in the gym or a complete newbie. Our personal trainers will guide you every step of the way, so you can feel confident and comfortable during your workout sessions.

Everything we do at Fortis Fit is quantified. We believe that what gets measured, gets managed. 

Included as part of your membership at the gym is a monthly body scan assessments to ensure that you are staying on track with your goals. Your results will be examined and discussed with one of our expert trainers. 

On top of this, the ARX machine is equipped with software that digitally and automatically tracks important data points for each rep and set. With no need for a notepad or clipboard, you’ll receive instant feedback on every workout, allowing you to measure your progress accurately and see exactly how you’re improving. 

The CAROL bike uses similar technology to measure your power output and monitor your performance in real-time during each workout. After each session, CAROL’s software analyses your workout data and generates a personalised report. This information provides you with an accurate picture of your progress over time and helps you adjust your workout plan to optimise your results.

Yes, all of our members have access to our shower and change room facilities at our Sydney CBD gym.

We recommend that you wear comfortable, breathable clothing and enclosed shoes to your training sessions.
